Optical  System  Simulation  Software

With DIFFRACT you can simulate the various optical disk systems that are either in use today, or are being developed for the future. Choose from a menu of lasers, beam-shaping optics, polarization-sensitive elements, collimator and objective lenses, optical disks, focusing and tracking elements, and photodetectors to simulate a variety of conventional and novel systems.
